Hei kaikki. Nimeni on Thomas. Minä ollen saksalainen ja asun Porissa.
I have a question/ongelma.
Is somebody able to help me with the carburator 21053-1107010-62
First the car was jumping in the first gear...I checked the carburator and some air nozzels (2) were not fixed enough. Now in the "leerlauf" motor is working without driving the motor is running not smoothly and when I am driving and I press the pedal it makes a whike nothing and than it excelerate....
Is the any repairment set (membranes and so on ) available. Somebody from Germany told me to order spareparts for 2108 but those parts are not fitting...

So when the engine is idling it does not run smoothly, and when you press the gas it first doesn't do anything and then starts accelerating. For me that sounds like the engine is running too rich, getting too much fuel. Or too little for that matter, but usually if the throttle response is bad the engine gets too much fuel.
Has it done this for a long time? Check what the spark plugs look like. If they are white, then the engine is running too lean (too little fuel), if they are black it is running too rich (too much fuel), they should be about chocolate brown.
I think you can get repair kits for the carburettor. But I would suggest to check the mixture first.
I'm gonna translate your message to finnish so the ones who don't know english might also help

Kyseessä on siis kaasari mallia 21053-1107010-62
Auto loikki ensin ykkösellä. Sitten hän tarkasti kaasarin ja löysi 2 ilma suutinta jotka olivat löysällä. Nyt kone käy epätasaisesti tyhjäkäynnillä ja kun painaa kaasua niin ensin ei tapahdu mitään ja sen jälkeen alkaa vasta kiihdyttämään.
Löytyykö tähän korjaussarjaa jostain? Joku saksassa oli vihjannut että ostaa varaosia 2108:aan, mutta ne ei sopinut.

This all is in Finnish language.
But before answer I need more info:
When you accelerated (put more cas) are motor temperatue normal (70-80 decrees) or is it cold (just started).
When motor not running smoothly, is it cold or normal (70-90) temperature.
It seems that you need some spare parts and another help of that carburattor. It is really peace of art when its running OK. Really cood car but Craburator is little "difficult".

I will check the picture of the Zündkernen (Plugs) but how to set the air bensiini ratio? The lefthand screw is not working as it shoud be...no reaction...i can screw clockwhise and other direction...no reaction..befor I fixed the carburator it was working normal...and I have no CO mittaus.
btw, what is the screw oikealle? it is covered with plastic mutteri is the a recipe available to adjust the ratio without measurement system...and I have to go to Katustus...technical check

eikös noissa aina hajoo neulaventtiili ja sit tulee liikaa bensiiniä ja eikös 2108:n normi-solexista käy neulaventtili myös tohon axteciin. jos risto on samoilla linjoilla niin käännä toi ulkomaankielelle

Seems that your carburator give too much gasoline..

Basic problem of carburattor 21053-1107170-62. Casolibe valve inside of carburattor is leaking. This meaning too high casoline level of carburator -> not runnunig good for heat temperature (goes up and down). You need new gasoline valve of inside of carburator. New modell I have in next 2 weeks. Not before, sorry.
